L-profile rods of ELBOARD HD
The rods are laminated under pressure from strips of ELBOARD HD softened in water and alcohol. The bonding agent is casein glue.
The finished rods have equilateral shanks of width up to 120 mm and uniform thickness, 6 - 14 mm. They are dimensionally stable even under high-temperature vapour-phase drying of the finished transformer, and fully impregnable with transformer oil.
Maximum manufacturing length is 4 metres. Channels cut to specified length before delivery are available on request. Tolerances and standard dimensions - see the figure.
